Science Based Nutrition

Are You As Healthy As You Can Be?

Does this sound familiar?

  • They told me there’s nothing wrong but I still don’t feel well.
  • What vitamins should I be taking? How much of each?
  • Am I eating as well as I should be?

Welcome to The Science Based Nutrition™ program (SBN™).

SBN™ uses diagnostic testing (blood, hair, urine, etc. ) to reveal nutritional deficiencies or tendencies toward disease. Using this valuable testing program, we are able to make recommendations for proper supplementation and dietary changes, as well as monitor a patients’ progress. I truly believe that the 15-20 page personal analysis provided at the end of the testing is invaluable for long term health.

Not only is this an important tool for disease prevention, but it is also useful for those who wish to optimize the health of their bodies from the inside out to promote healing and repair (click hear for case studies). Many problems may be identified in the blood, hair or urine long before you actually experience symptoms.  When read properly, certain tests may indicate if you are progressing towards the development of a serious illness, such as diabetes, liver, heart, kidney, muscle or many other diseases.

You may be wondering what separates our program from that of other nutritional evaluations or simple vitamin recommendations for certain conditions. It is in the science based TESTING and RETESTING, which allows us to monitor your progress and make necessary changes to your personal program according to how YOUR body responds to treatment. Naturally, proper food choices are recommended based on your individual test results.

As a chiropractor, I know early detection and correction are the key elements to living a healthy life. Along with a healthy spine and nerve system, good health depends on what we feed the body.

I have been serving the Lexington, Massachusetts area since 1980.
